At the last Hamlet Wood meeting of 2023 on the 14th of December, members brought food for the Christmas lunch. A small amount of woodcarving was undertaken and a good time was had by all. We wish you a happy and healthy New Year to you and yours and hope to see you in 2024.

Six members of Kent Woodcarvers spent a day at The Bearded Pig Forge in Quex Park, Birchington. Blacksmith Spike Martin demonstrated the processes involved in forging, hardening, tempering and grinding a knife blade. Dick Baugh Letter Carving Demonstration
